So I have made it this far and I can honestly say I am a different person now. At the start, I had terrible social anxiety and depression.
My social anxiety is down significantly. It’s not that nofap magically solved my anxiety and depression.
The real superpower is regaining energy and your ability to think coherently to make proper decisions. Such as working out more, seeking therapy, taking supplements, socializing more, sleeping more, and finding new hobbies.
I have still had to push myself to do these things and they didn’t make a difference right away but with consistency and perseverance, I have seen a drastic difference.
I am also a Senior and will be graduating with my bachelors in Business Administration and trust me nofap will improve your attention span and ability to concentrate.
The main thing I learned is Nofap does not solve your problems but it does put you in the proper mindset to do the right things and be the best you possible.
I still have bad days but my bad days are a less gloomy and my good days are a lot brighter! Good luck to everyone out there!
